Four days of congress: a short summary

We were glad to welcome Paul van Oostveen, Deputy Head of Mission of the Dutch Ambassy in Slovenia, who officially on the first day of congress opened the booth of the Nutri-Pulse® e-Cooker®.

Professor Damijan Miklavčič, University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and initiator of the congress (left), was also very enthousiastic about preparing food with pulsed electric field technology.  

Also other participants of the congress were impressed by the possibilities of e-Cooking® technology.
